Approval For Tax Treaty With Senegal
New Delhi: The Union Cabinet on Dec 13, gave its clearance for the inking of a double taxation avoidance agreement (DTAA) with Senegal. This pact, when it enters into force, would stimulate the flow of investment, technology and services from India to Senegal and vice-versa. The DTAA would give tax stability to the residents of India and Senegal, and facilitate mutual economic cooperation. India has already entered into DTAAs with more than seventy countries of the world.
